User Privacy Choices
This page explains how you can control privacy-related settings and requests in Effex Asistan. Effex does not use your data for third-party advertising tracking.
No advertising tracking
We do not sell personal data and we do not use email, device IDs, or other account data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
1. Push notifications
- On iPhone: Settings → Effex Asistan → Notifications — turn alerts on or off.
- In the app: open Notifications and follow the prompt to enable or leave notifications off.
- Signing out deactivates push tokens associated with your account on that device.
2. Microphone / voice
- The Effex Asistan mobile app does not require microphone access for core features.
- Optional voice on WhatsApp (voice notes) or web voice features processes audio only when you choose to use them.
3. Photos and documents
- The app uses the system document/file picker. You choose specific files; the app does not request broad photo-library or media-store access on Android.
- You can stop providing new files at any time by not using import / document features.
4. Phone number and reminder channels
- Phone number (when provided on your profile) may be used for WhatsApp/reminder delivery related to your organization.
- Ask your organization admin or contact us to update or remove your phone number from your profile.
5. Access, correction, and deletion requests
- In-app account deletion: Profile → Delete account (mobile or web).
- Account deletion (web / Play Console URL): /account-deletion
- Personal data deletion / restriction / export: /data-deletion
- Organization financial records belong to the business workspace. Organization administrators control membership and operational records; some deletion requests may require admin approval.
- We may retain limited anonymized identifiers when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or financial audit obligations.
6. Organization administrators
If you use Effex through a company account, your admin may manage members, roles, and organization data. Contact your admin for workspace-level privacy requests.
